Excellent stay over place to use for business or as a hop over for your holiday plans

Very nice and clean for staying over for a few days before departing to the coast. The outside deck and bar gives you a beautiful sunset, sipping on a cocktail before going out for dinner. 24/7 Security makes you feel safe. The rooms are clean and gives you what you need.

The staff was consistently kind and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by a persistent and unpleasant odor coming from an open sewer line that was covered with plywood. At times, the smell was overwhelming and made my stay uncomfortable. I was especially concerned for the office staff, whose workspace is located very close to this area. While the accommodations were modest, this issue detracted noticeably from what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

A good, centrally located address in Windoek

We spent two nights at TaTe Village and had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well equipped with fridge, fan, two desks and cabinets. Also the sanitary facilities and kitchen on our floor as well as the pool were clean and in good condition. The location is excellent and plenty of sightseeing in Windhoek within walking distance or with a short taxi ride. On the second evening we could enjoy a few drinks at the hostel bar. This possibility is literally being expanded - we have already been able to assess the advanced construction work on a roof terrace for an outdoor bar. Finally, a big thank you to the always friendly service of the whole team.

Great Experience, Friendly Staff, and Good Vibes

My students really enjoyed staying at TaTe Village for 2 months. This place is within walking distance and a car ride, 1.5 miles, to the city center. The top of the hostel has a rooftop bar with nice social gatherings. The owner TaShi provides great customer service. He is Namibian, so it is nice to support locals in their business endeavors.
