Perfect experience — no notes

I stayed here for my brother’s wedding and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. The staff were attentive and warm, the views were incredible no matter where you are, the rooms were comfortable and pristine, the food was exquisite, the pools were refreshing. I loved taking the complimentary bikes to the cenoté and relaxing at the rooftop bar. Really, truly hope I can come back some day!

Networking on the beach

I stayed in room 5, very comfortable bed and amenities. The place worked incredible for us for networking and being able to also connect with the natural side of Tulum in a conscious way without leaving aside the comforts.

Heavenly beach getaway in Tulum!

Could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our Tulum beach getaway! A quaint beachfront cabana with wonderful privacy, steps from Tulum Beach, with its own private beachfront area. The rooms are beautiful, minimalist in style but super classy, and such a comfortable bed!! Diligent room service kept everything spotless every day, with fresh water and towel service. And you have all the amenities of the Hotel Panamera right next door if you want to be pampered at their restaurant and beachside drink service! The food was spectacular and the service unparalleled. Thank you Juan, Alberto, and Armando for your special care. And of course, the beach … perfect for endless beach walks, jumping the waves, or just relaxing with a cool drink and watching the waves roll in endlessly. Can’t wait to come back to Tuup / Panamera!

Great stay

I wanted to book Panamera originally but it was already fully booked due to a wedding. Tuup was great though. The bed was so comfortabel, pillows plenty, AC works like a charm, the room is spacious and housekeeping was impeccable. I could use the panamera hotel pool and beach and everyone there was super nice and both properties are well maintained. So Tuup and Panamera are both an absolute gem to find in the Tulum beach area. The resturant had such great food I was never even tempted to dine anywhere else. Special thanks to Panamera’s waiters, FELIPE and ARMANDO. They were always super kind, remembered my name and my orders and recommended great things to do in the area. I spent a total of 6 nights and loved it.

What stood out was an amazing bed. Nice & firm which is good for lower back issues.
The property was cleaned every day
The view was beautiful as we were upper floor deluxe & we could see the turquoise sea through the leaves of the palms trees so I felt like I was in a jungle. At night all I could hear was the waves breaking on the beach. The staff were all very friendly & David was our waiter on the beach & looked after us very well. Thank you David
