A wonderful start to our Yucatán trip

We had a fantastic stay at Arka Tulum and couldn’t have asked for a better way to begin our trip through the Yucatán.
The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and full of charm. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
A special thank you to Leyda, who welcomed us upon arrival. She was incredibly kind, professional and always happy to answer our questions and give us useful recommendations throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the very beginning.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive.
The location is convenient for visiting Tulum and the surrounding attractions. Although the beaches were affected by sargassum during our stay, this is of course beyond the hotel’s control and did not affect our overall experience.
We would gladly stay at Arka Tulum again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish boutique hotel with outstanding hospitality.

Wonderful secluded visit

Extremely chill place with very kind and personable hosts! The rooms are well-appointed, the food was delicious, the drinks were perfect. We’ll definitely be returning! Thank you so much, Leyda and crew!
If you’re a person who needs specifics, the continental breakfast included coffee or juice, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola, some sweet breads, eggs any style, potatoes and toast. Delicious and filling! Bring pesos to tip!

Can’t say enough about how awesome this place and their staff was! Especially fern, jay and Maurilio! Lovely time! Clean and relaxing and beautiful

Room was spotless & beautiful. Had a very cozy vibe. The staff were amazing, very fast with any requests. The grounds are beautiful. Also had a private pool in our suite. The outdoor shower was great. Did not want to leave here

I had an amazing stay at ARKA. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and attentive, a very personalized experience. The food was delicious and ambiance was amazing for a relaxing retreat! Special thank you to Leyda and Bryan, they ensured that my all of my needs were met!
