Modern building and facilities.
Friendly staff at lobby and covered parking.
Clean, quiet room and A/C. Good water pressure.
Nice white 100% cotton high thread count sheets and towels.
Basic but certainly comfortable suite.
Highly recommended accomodations.

Not recommended at all.

Hello, I honestly believe that it is a terrible option for accommodation.
In the rooms, you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from the adjacent rooms and hallways as if they were inside your room; you can hear the music from those on campus, which apparently turns off at 10 PM, but that is not the case; they finish later than that, making it difficult to rest during the week.
The hotel smells bad from the entrance due to excessive humidity; also, the room I stayed in, as well as the elevator, smells as if it hasn't been cleaned in days.
There was no hand soap at the sink, nor was there conditioner or shampoo in the shower; it is evident that this is a hotel that has not had good maintenance in the rooms, or the maintenance done is poorly executed, as the poorly managed work is noticeable.
Definitely, I would not recommend it at ALL.

They have an issue with the Internet, it was not available most of the time. The air conditioning was intermitent and had to be restarted often. The rooms are small and missing at least a chair and desk.

Functional without amenities

It must be clarified that it is a place for the families of students who are on campus and have a place to stay when they visit, therefore I do not consider it a hotel per se. You don't have access to the gym or pool. The rooms are small and the bathrooms very patchy, the shower lousy and wet the whole bathroom. If they give amenities (shampoo, rinse and cream)

I stayed only one night. It's a little hidden gem. I guess it's more meant for people coming to the university campus that's right there. But everything was good.
