Perfect accommodations in Paradise

I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews regarding this location. Our accommodations are brilliant and the service has been consistently on point. Lovely design in our space and in common areas. Friendly and informative staff. Amazing pools and unrivalled views of Puerto Vallarta from above, yet still close to the action. We can't wait to bring family and friends back to this fabulous place. Will certainly book again.

A wonderful property just a few minutes from the heart of the Romantic Zone. We loved everything out it. Our suite, the food, the pools, and the gym were all top notch.

Price to noise ratio this was the worst hotel I've experienced. Our room was seemingly over a night club that was pumping bass all day and much of the night. There was a lot of street noise. In short, this was too expensive to not feel nicer. This hotel choice was the biggest mistake of an otherwise excellent trip.
