The windows in the room wouldn't close, so I woke-up cold. The blinds wouldn't open either, so the room was completely dark the whole time. Shower took approx. 5 minutes to get warm. I booked this hotel to relax by the pool, however the pool was empty and there were no loungers.
I ended up leaving the hotel 2 days early to check-in somewhere else.

Tangier Chellah Hotel.

Very professional
Very good
The hotel was generally clean; the room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed, along with soap and shampoo. Unfortunately, the hotel had a sewer smell, both in the rooms and by the pool.

Quaint and with Charm!

This is quite an old hotel with some fairly outdated rooms and fittings, however it has a real charm and a feel from another decade which makes its more inviting. It is actually in a good location for tjhe Medina and other older areas.
The staff are all really smart in bow ties or national dress and very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good with omelette and other nice pastries.
Bed is a bit small and after my 3 nights I had to leave for the next leg of my trip.

Price and quality mismatch

Hotel in one of the quarters of Tangier:
- quite close to the centre;
Shops with essential products and goods in walking distance;
- original design of the hall, room standard with two separate beds - VERY small (bathroom and toilet - separately, it is impossible to open them doors because they rest on the bed), furniture and plumbing - very old;
Poor lighting and noise insulation of rooms;
- kind staff (especially in the restaurant);
- a small swimming pool;
Breakfast - buffet;
- dinner with a choice of 2 courses (chicken or beef), salad and dessert (proved to be the most delicious). Cooked for a long time, even though we knew a group of tourists were coming.
