Only happiness!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very beautiful Riad, we were 6 couples. Welcoming staff and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the pool. The rooms are large, the two downstairs are a bit dark.
Beautiful decoration, a delight for the eyes, superb terrace. Breakfast with croissants and typical pastries. An unforgettable first experience in a Riad, and we were all delighted; it is nothing like hotels.
I have difficulty understanding certain reviews that are harsh! Perhaps competitors or people who mistook the Riad!

Beautiful decoration, a delight for the eyes, superb terrace. Breakfast with croissants and typical pastries. An unforgettable first experience in a Riad, and we were all delighted; it is nothing like hotels.

Superb and magnificent riad.
Magnificent riad. We had a delightful stay. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests. The value for money is honestly excellent. The dining is excellent, and the breakfasts are very generous. The meals are very generous. The decor is magnificent. We recommend this incredible riad to you. Thank you to the entire team, and we look forward to seeing you again.

TO AVOID. AVOID NEIGHBORHOOD NOT SAFE AND FAR FROM EVERYTHING. CITY WHERE THERE'S NOTHING TO DO

Liked · The worst place we stayed in Morocco The Riad might be nice because it is pretty but it was taken over 3 WEEKS ago (prior opinions other bosses) by a couple of young people who know nothing about relationships with management customers (the boss’ wife who understands nothing and is still missing the plate ) unwelcoming woman not smiling, not relationship at all she never sought to discuss except: hello , do you want something, or are you okay? Lots of staff but I don't know what it is for because the room was never cleaned , garbage cans not emptied in 3 days, floor idem when we were the only guests. There is a very nice pool but maintenance in Revoir and edges dirty by bird bums One lunch I ordered a variety of salad following the menu asked the day before by my husband to the boss and nothing matched. I had a simple potato salad , steamed zucchini and carrots when it was not at all what was indicated on the menu. The boss told me that it was an old menu when she showed it to my husband the night before. The next day she asks me if we eat couscous without specifying that it was at lunch knowing that we worked all day and the next day she asks me at 1pm what time I want to eat , I told her tonight at 7pm if it suits you and she tells me but couscous is always at lunch (personally everywhere we ate it in the evening in problem) so I answer her that my husband works and that therefore he is absent , so she booked me couscous for the evening but did not seem enchanted. It would be nice if there were a little more communication and clarification when you offer things to the customer and also show the right menus. Well the couscous in the evening was good
Disliked · Finally regarding the check the price did not correspond to the booking check and I had to claim my due. It was complicated and for the extra meals we had to wait an hour for her husband to come home for him to make it because she is not even able to make an addition. Finally day of our departure my husband was full of soap and no water I went down at 4am to ask because the boss was in charge of our transfer to airport and there he tells me it’s normal it’s always like this at this time moreover the evacuation was not done , there is history on other opinions, the owner tells me it’s normal to remove the bung I answered sorry? Everywhere else the bungalow is not tinkered with to drain the water, the cleaning not being done regularly this must be blocked by soap, and the drainage very small. So it all overflows. I dare not imagine what I would have found if I had dismantled. Since my husband was working and there is nothing to do in this city, I stayed at the pool but I saw that I was in the way and they would have preferred me to go outside. The owner owns a travel agency but you don’t run a Riad like an agency you have to have contact with the client, this client is not in a hotel, it has to be friendly , warm and not icy as it is in this place . We do lots of them all over Morocco and it is the only one where we have been very badly received The owners can answer what they want it will be bad faith I rarely put a bad opinion except when it is justified Ah I forgot if you need a breakfast before time for excursion or work it is no longer included but paid. Business business fortunately everywhere else we felt welcomed as friends Photos of a suite not standard room

Not honest!
Hotel not serious!
I received an email that the hotel had to cancel my
Booking because it was in work 4 days before departure! Except that the hotel was open because it was available on booking and other applications but at a price 3 times more expensive. A taxi driver told us that it was common practice because the hotel wanted to charge us more. We booked another property in Oujda and I can confirm that the hotel was open , we went there!
Scammers so I don't advise!

Favourite for this riad in Oujda
We had a great time in this riad in Oujda. The place is beautiful, the service really top, always with little care. Frankly, we are proud to have a riad like this in Oujda. Thank you to the whole team! Ali at night and the receptionist were at the top, always smiling and available, a real plus during our stay.
