Second time here, can't wait to return very soon.
This was our second stay at BCK Art Riad, and it certainly won’t be our last – we’ll definitely be back for a third visit!
The staff are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond to make your stay special. The hospitality is exceptional from the moment you arrive, making you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay.
The rooms are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The food is amazing, with every meal being fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, the deco throughout is outstanding.
Although the riad is located in the heart of the old Medina, as soon as you step inside, it’s like entering a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and peaceful.
The spa facilities are excellent, and the hammam treatment was genuinely the best I’ve had.
Overall, an outstanding riad with exceptional service, wonderful food, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended! Can not wait to be back again.

Home from home third time visiting BCK art Riad
What can I say other than amazing as usual. I came with my 4yr old so this time round and he absolutely loved it and was very settled.
Halim the manager can not do any more for you if he tried. He makes your stay feel as it is your home. If I could name each member of staff by name I would for the excellence and warm welcoming you receive.
Room was immaculate as it always is. Breakfast was amazing, food from the menu made fresh on every meal ordered. It is refreshing from coming from the hustle and bustle of the street you would think it would be noisy but soon as you enter the Riad the Silence is bliss (I love it on Rue Bab Doukkala still). And let's not forget that refreshing atay (Moroccan tea) on your arrival to the Riad.
I can not wait to come back to my favourite city and my favourite Riad for the fourth time

A wonderful stay in Marrakech
The Riad is beautiful, very original, and decorated with a lot of charm. The care for every detail is noticeable. The location is very good, perfect for exploring the medina and returning afterward to a quiet and cozy environment.
The kindness of all the staff stands out especially; they are always attentive, approachable, and willing to help with anything. The rooms were in very good condition, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The breakfast is also very good, varied, and served with a lot of care.
Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to stay in Marrakech. We would gladly return!!

Incredible Support for Our Team’s Trip!
Even though I didn’t get to stay at the riad myself, I organised a stay here for my team and cannot praise the staff enough. Everything was seamless from start to finish. What truly stood out was how they went completely out of their way to help get visas sorted for my team. Their helpfulness, responsiveness, and genuine care made a massive difference for us. A huge thank you to the management and staff for going the extra mile - your incredible service is deeply appreciated!

Wonderful stay at the heart of Marakech
We had an amazing stay here in Marakkech as a team of 10. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have us. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
What stood out most was their availability and willingness to help at any time of day or night - no request ever felt like too much trouble. Their hospitality felt very personal and sincere, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, the service was impeccable, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marakkech.
