Very professional staff

A hotel where the people are very professional. Super attentive staff. Many thanks to Fatima, Mostafa, Neurdine, Hassam. They attended to us very well on both days we were there. Thank you very much

Simple abd Basic

While the breakfast pancakes and the wonderful lady who prepared them were a definite high point, the hotel itself left much to be desired. Its outdated facilities were a major drawback: no in-room Wi-Fi, a blurry old television, and a poorly designed bathroom with the WC and bidet uncomfortably close. Furthermore, my room's window didn't close securely. Although the hotel's location was good and I appreciated the broader food options in Morocco , the staff, despite their apparent efforts to be friendly, unfortunately came across as aggressive or inadequate.

AMAZING

The staff at Hotel Sofia have welcomed me as just another member of their family. The service of the waiters has always been exquisite and very attentive. I've always felt very comfortable. It is true that it is an old-looking hotel because the passage of time shows in its furniture, curtains, toilets,... but it is always clean. The room was very clean. It also had a sofa bed. The location is suitable to flee the noise and be able to rest. The wifi has worked to a thousand wonders. The delicious food. I will gladly return to this hotel when I return to Fez:-)

Hotel Normal

An average hotel, it needs a renovation, but it's well located in the city. The buffet is average, nothing special, but the staff is very attentive. The city of Fez is very beautiful and has a lot of culture, and its Medina is so colorful and has lots of things to buy.

I had a great time in this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional and always smiling. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great, close to everything you need. Special mention for breakfast, hearty and delicious
I highly recommend this property and will come back with pleasure
