good location

I stayed 4 nights in a triple room with access to a terrace (as it was the last room available) and shared facilities such as kitchen and bathrooms. The accommodation is well located within 3 minutes walk to the bus station where you can catch the bus to the airport; within 10 minutes walk to Sliema Ferry; and 1 minute walk up the street to Lidl.
The owner of the accommodation stays elsewhere and it is advisable to contact the owner 30 minutes before arrival so that she will be there when you arrive.
I was provided with 4 keys - 2 for the doors to the building, 1 for the door to the accommodation and the last key for the door to my room - but the doors were not easy to open at times so beware (especially if you buy ice cream like I did).
Note that the walls are thin and I could hear people in the next room snoring. Also, the floorboards in the corridor squeak everytime someone walks on them.

GREAT Location!

Stayed at Milner Flats on Milner Street in Sliema. This was our second time in Malta and first time at Milner Flats. The location is incredible. 3 minutes to the sea front, swimming, and restaurants. Great Neapolitan pizza place right down the street and awesome supermarket up the street about 100 meters. The position is idea because the Sliema harbor, shopping streets, and ferries are an easy 10 minute walk and the large shopping mall is just a 20 minute walk. The airport is only a 30 minute cab ride and costs 20-23 Euros. The flat is huge with three bedrooms, large living and dining room, bathroom, and small kitchen on the first floor- no stairs!!!! Hurray. It is a classic old Maltese apartment. Quirky European charm that gives you a sense of how the Maltese houses were 40 years ago. Very cute! It is still being renovated so it will continue to evolve. Very quite spot so it is good for sleeping. You have to watch in Malta because it is such a party place, it is important to find an apartment that is quiet. There is currently one large air conditioner that worked great for two bedrooms. Natasha is an excellent host. Very helpful and kind. She also runs private boat tours for that VIP experience! Will definitely return.
