Beautiful resort, excellent hospitality.

The resort was beautiful, clean, and well organized, with such a great vibe. Omar made the experience even better with his excellent service, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Smart choice for relaxing vacation

The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and its design is absolutely stunning.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable — but most importantly, they are incredibly clean.
The staff is extremely helpful and supportive.
I actually made a mistake when booking the room type, but someone named Rami helped me out.
He changed my room the next day and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied — even though it was my mistake.
He’s incredibly smart in the way he communicates with people!
Maria, a lovely young lady at the reception, gave me great recommendations for restaurants — and honestly, I had some of the best food thanks to her suggestions.
Overall, this was my first time here, but definitely not the last.
A truly excellent choice.
Beautiful, peaceful, and truly five stars.
As for the staff — the least that can be said is: they’re exceptional.

Poor experience overall. However there are some positives.

Very friendly people at the reception.
However the hotel is in dire need of maintenance. Phones weren't working. Door's lock was stuck for half the visit and wasn't repaired.
Open bufet breakfast is not intetnational as they said. Its merely labanese and not enough to go around!
Valet parking took 14$ so as to bring the car whenever needed, he wasn't there nearly all the time.
Swimming pool was nice and clean
