Overall our staying in the hotel was perfect! The room was nice and clean and they cleaned it every single day. It was not noisy at all so we were able to have a really good sleep. We had a good wi-fi, TV and a sofa next to the window to enjoy city view. The staff is extremely polite and they helped us to find certain sightseeing sports in the city and call a taxi for us. We also got a free breakfast although we didn't pay for it. By the way, there is no fridge in the room (if that matters to you).

It was the first time to travel during the Chinese New Year, and it was also the first time for a family of 4 to go away. It was also the first time to stay in Echarm Hotel, and it was also the fate to stay in Nanning Donggema Village Store. The layout of the entire hotel is consistent with the promotional pictures, clean and tidy. The room is spacious and bright, the breakfast is delicious, the dining environment is very good, and the staff is of high quality. From the restaurant at the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone is very enthusiastic, polite and amiable, and patiently answered my questions. It is really heart-warming! The location of the hotel is really good! It is very close to Jianzheng South Road. We just crossed the opposite Gema Village from the small road. There are too many delicious foods and we can’t eat enough! The Guirenlai restaurant next to the hotel serves authentic Guangxi dishes. It's delicious. The whole family likes it. I recommend it! Next time I will choose to stay at Echarm Hotel.

The hotel has an underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, clean and hygienic, a high floor with a panoramic view of the city, a supermarket and many restaurants downstairs, the air conditioner is powerful in winter, it is recommended

The room is spacious, the bathing equipment is good, and basic daily toiletries are provided. excellent service. The service attitude is excellent, making guests feel at home, praise. The breakfast is very rich, the fruits are very fresh, and the combination of Chinese and Western basically meets the needs. The restaurant has an elegant environment and is comfortable for breakfast. Will choose to stay in the hotel again. All conditions are good.
