また来たい場所です。
家族でGWに遊びに行きました。愛犬と泊まれてとてもよかったです。オーナーさんの気遣いで素敵なお部屋に変えてもらえ、口コミ評価が低かったので正直心配しましたが想像以上に満足しました。ありがとうございました！

Upon arrival, the accommodation was cancelled
I made a Reservation, visited, paid and was led into the room, then cancelled. There was a cancellation fee (100% on the day), but the accommodation was still unbearable.
It was a trip I was looking forward to, but I couldn't find a replacement and had to stay in the car, which was the worst thing.
The reasons for cancelling your stay are given below.

【Indoor】
• The musty smell of the room is too strong (a strong strange smell mixed with what looks like air fresheners prevents you from staying for too long)
• Inadequate room cleaning
• Poor bedding hygiene (impression that bedding used by many people, such as human hair, has only been washed at home, moisture that has not hung bedding or mattresses)
• Air conditioners, refrigerators, microwaves, and other equipment are also out of date and not cleaned for many years

【Building】
• Every building was dilapidated and shocked by the look and feel of near ruins during the day.
• Terraces and other outer areas look degraded and devastated by debris.
• Some parts of the stairs at the entrance of the building, such as timber and building doors, are rotten and partially collapsed due to deterioration.

【Listing Photo】
• The introduction photos on the internet are likely to be from or close to the opening of the business (opened in 2008). This is completely different.
• I think it's easy to replace it with a current photo, but I feel the manager's malicious intent to hide the status quo and get Reservations for not doing so.

【Fee】
• If you have a pet, it is difficult to understand the additional fee system of 1500 yen x number of guests x number of nights in addition to the room charge of 2,000 yen per pet per day, and this fee system is not found in general pet-friendly inns.
• This is mentioned in the description section of the Reservation site, but since it is not displayed as a unit price, it is easy to cause trouble at checkout, and there are many low Rating comments on this point.
• Instead of writing in the description section, the price should be indicated as an additional 1500 yen per person for pet-friendly plans.

• There are old but clean and well maintained inns, but the smell, the hygiene, the degree of cleaning, the deterioration of the buildings, everything was unbearable. If you are a well-meaning manager even a little, I think you are in a situation where you decide that you cannot continue your lodging business.

• I felt like I was trying to make an online Reservation with old photos without showing them what was going on, and set the pet-friendly price to be as low as possible, so that I could take some money from the first-look guests who arrived at the inn and couldn't escape.

• Everyone has their own sense of tolerance for staleness and filth, but I think the high number of star 1 Ratings represents the current state of the inn.

• We strongly recommend that anyone considering Reservations for this inn be judged by reading Google Reviews and low Rating comments on each travel site.

疑問が残りました
5月に夫婦と中型犬1匹で泊りました。
ペット代金（3000円）とは別に宿泊者の料金に1500円／1人の上乗せがあり、ペットがいない場合より6000円多く支払いました。料金については承知して予約したのですが、ペットの排せつ物を入れるエチケットBOXが無いことには疑問を感じました。確認したのですが、宿では「ごみは持ち帰り」となっており、ペットの排せつ物も持ち帰るシステムになっているそうです。
ペット同伴可の宿にはいろいろ泊まりましたが、他のどの宿もエチケットBOXは敷地内に設置してあり、それが普通だと思っていたのでびっくりしました。上乗せ料金はペットが汚した施設の掃除代金と認識していますが、それならば排せつ物の処理もして欲しいと思います。
また、掃除もいい加減でいたるところにゴミや埃が溜まっていて清潔感は感じられませんでした。テラスにはいつ泊まった客のかわからないようなたばこの吸い殻も残っており、客が持ち帰らなかったとはいえ、片づけるべきでは？ 連泊にしなくてよかったと思いました。枕カバーは洗ってありましたが枕はいつ干したのかと思わせるほど臭かったです。
アメニティも一切ありません。お風呂には石鹸のみで、リンスインシャンプーすら置いてありませんでした。宿 泊をご検討の方は準備して行かれることをお勧めいたします。

自然の中に佇む素敵なお宿でした^_^
5月の連休に訪れさせていただきました！
ペットと一緒だったので少々不安だったのですが、1000円ほどの追加料金を払うことで、ペットと一緒に素敵なログハウスを満喫することができました！
また、バーベキューができ、自然も満喫することもできました！

友達四人での宿泊でした。
場所は森の中にあり、自然の中でゆっくりと過ごせました。普段では味わえないような落ち着いた雰囲気でしたので、良い気分転換になりました。また宮崎を訪れる際は、もう一度利用しようと思います。
