Older people with lame feet have many steps, which is hard. Stairs to the public bath. Rooms, toilets, Japanese rooms, washroom tiers. Dinner and breakfast are great. The spring quality, cloudy, and sulfur scent is the best. Take the water bottle fee. The other hotels are free and have two bottles in the fridge.

Evening, breakfast meal is great.
The spring quality, cloudy, and sulfur scent is the best.
There are many rooms, toilets, washrooms, and Japanese tiers.
Take the water pet fee.
Other hotels are free and have 2 bottles of water pet refrigerator.

But this is exactly how we felt during our stay at this traditional ryokan. The people first of all. An excellent staff, ready to help, very professional, very kind. The rooms with a yukata waiting for the onsen, tatami floor and futon beds, the private or public hot spring, the incredible taste, quality and variety of food, free parking, next to two bus stops, a beautiful pond full of fish, garden with running water and the Nature of Japan surrounding the whole building.
We will never forget the warm goodbyes by the lady manager and the front desk personnel. Thank you so much. By far the best choice we made during our three week travel in Japan.

Both the bath and the meal were wonderful thanks to the staff at the inn.
First of all, the luggage handling and check-in after arrival is very smooth.
The Nepalese woman on the guest room staff was also very polite.
Since it was a room meal, I wonder if I've learned a lot to learn and set Japanese food.
The next day, I went to the front desk to borrow the keys to the early morning private bath, and they showed me to the place.
Checking out, too, without having to wait that long for the person who returned the key in turn, even though there were only two desks.
Finally, I left something in my room, but they called me immediately and mailed it to me.
Our driving trip with my daughter was pleasant to the end.
