Stunning view - beautiful!
Warm and attentive welcome, very professional. Hotel and very clean room.
Excellent cocktails offered by the bartender on the terrace. The private beach directly by elevator from the hotel is a plus.
Very complete breakfast and excellent attentive service.
I recommend this property and the village of Vico Equense!

Nice views and personnel, but beware of "free" use of beach
However, I would like to offer some constructive criticism. The hotel advertises that beach access is free for hotel guests, while also offering the option to pay for the use of beach chairs.
In practice, however, the hotel’s beach chairs occupy virtually all of the available space, and guests are not allowed to place their towels or sit on the sand near the sea. This means that the only place where guests who do not wish to pay the additional €50 for a couple of beach chairs can sit is next to the wall, as shown in the picture I am attaching.
I find this particularly disappointing and, frankly, humiliating. After paying €200 or more per night for a room, guests are effectively given the “choice” of paying an additional €50 to sit in a desirable location by the beach, or paying nothing and being relegated to a small area next to the wall. In my view, this is not a genuine choice, but rather a system that makes guests who do not wish to pay the additional fee feel like second-class customers.
I believe the hotel should reconsider this policy and ensure that beach access advertised as free for hotel guests provides a reasonable and dignified experience, regardless of whether they choose to pay extra for a beach chair.

Wonderful, spectacular view from the hotel, presence of a beach and excellent staff
The receptionists are prepared to welcome the client by providing all the necessary information for the stay. Furthermore, the cleaning staff, bartenders, waiters, and lifeguards also know how to handle every situation.
The presence of the beach accessible from the second floor is the pride of Hotel Sporting, as it is very convenient to go to the sea without having to travel. Another 'gem' is the breakfast room, as you will be able to find truly everything!
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Vico Equense station, but the route is simple. It is located in a quieter area compared to the Vico city center, which gets very crowded during the weekend.

Beautiful.... but you can't close an eye in this hotel.
But!!! There is a big but. You can't sleep because of the noise from the nightclubs.
We had booked the sea view room, but between the nightclub at the harbor in Seiano and the floating nightclubs under the hotel, we didn't sleep for 4 nights in a row.
It is not recommended despite its beauty.... what a shame
