Borgo Solare, feel at home in beautiful Salento

Unforgettable stay in the heart of Salento. The kindness, availability, and attentiveness of the owner made a difference. It really felt like being at home, with all the comforts and cleanliness required. Strategic location to visit the most beautiful places in southern Puglia. Excellent value for money. We will miss Assuntina's fantastic breakfasts! Highly recommended for any type of trip to Salento.

The praise to be given to this structure can never be too much!
Really hard to find anything better in relation to the value for money.
Located a 2-minute walk from the centre of Specchia, this B&B offers every kind of service you could expect
Spacious and very clean room tidied up every day!
Air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini bar included in the price (!!!!!), large wardrobes and a really spacious bathroom
On the top floor a magnificent terrace where you can admire the beautiful country
Special thanks to the owner: exceptional person always available and available at all times to give advice on the place
It was a pleasure to find her after a few years and we will definitely come back to visit her!!!!

Here you can stay

Rooms are very clean and quiet, breakfast rich and varied it local specialties. Mrs Assunona is a very friendly, prudent and helpful hostess The B&B loves in the center of the medieval village of Specchia.

Recommended location!

Excellent location to easily reach the places between the Ionian and Adriatic seas.
Excellent quality/price.
Welcoming by the owner Assuntina who provided us with all the tourist information and pampered us with delicious breakfasts.

Excellent b and b

Husband and i stayed at the borgosolare in specchia for a week in October to visit puglia.
The b and b is in the small medieval town of specchia which is located just over an hour's drive from brindisi airport.
The town itself is nice with a few decent restaurants, bars and small shops and is pleasant for a walk around.
Specchia is also conveniently located for all of southern puglia - otranto, gallipoli, santa maria di leuca.
The b and b was very nice, a traditional townhouse located a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main piazza. Exceptionally clean and well decorated with comfortable and spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. There is a communal lounge and kitchen area. There is also a small courtyard with tables and a roof terrace with sun lounger where you can relax and rest aching legs!
The owner, Assuntina, is a lovely lady who took very good care of us throughout our stay with suggestions of restaurants, places to visit and even organised a tour of the village castle and underground oil mill.
We really cannot praise this b and b enough it was really great and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
