Excellent B&B solution in a central location
Excellent solution for a stop/stay in Pescara.
Large room, brand new and modern, very well furnished and with all amenities.

B&B located in a very strategic position of Pescara, less than 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the seafront. The room was really very well presented: neat, clean, fragrant; I also loved the outdoor space whose size is huge. Upon arrival in the room I did not find the fridge to cool the drinks, but informing the staff I was made to bring promptly the morning of the next day. The bathroom is a very comfortable environment with great attention to detail, equipped with a bidet with a very large shower; the single bed with a very soft and comfortable mattress. Reception only physically receives from 08:30 to 11:30, otherwise the entire structure is not attended by the staff. The only negative note I found was the temperature of the room very high, unfortunately the air conditioner in the autumn / winter does not release cold air and the room was very hot if left closed for a while ', you had to open the terrace to cool it, but watch out for mosquitoes ..
Overall a structure that I highly recommend, I found myself very well and would stay there again.

Nice structure, but with some practical disruption
The location is definitely convenient, arriving by train is right near the station. The room and bathroom were very clean, a little less the outdoor terrace, but still it was absolutely viable. Air conditioning fully functional, there was even in the bathroom, so very cool and adjustable environment according to your needs. Outdoor garden and terrace much appreciated. The fact that breakfast is not provided is however compensated by the presence of a room with tables and caskets for each room where there are snacks and coffee capsules, as well as a convenient water dispenser.
However, I found the procedure after booking absolutely too cumbersome: you have to check in online on an external site, they send various emails that invite you to do so remembering that it is necessary under penalty of a surcharge. Even after the check-in, there is no feedback about the outcome of the check-in and then other emails arrive that always remember to do it, leaving the legitimate doubt that the operation was successful. The morning of the day I was scheduled to arrive in Pescara, I receive messages from the structure that, in addition to providing me with the pin for access to the structure and the room, ask me again for personal data in order to allow the issuance of the receipt. They should have already had that data following my online check-in many days before; they even ask me if I had registered as a natural person or as a company. All this because there are no staff in the facility. Now, the procedure would work if it did not all turn out to be very cumbersome and, at times, repetitive as regards operations to be carried out against the customer. Also because the price is not exactly cheap for a single room in a structure without staff, for which you have to carry out check-in and check-out operations independently, and without breakfast. Add to this the fact that the pin provided to me and the room number communicated to me were wrong, so initially I could not enter the structure and even less in the room, with a nice heat outside and after traveling to get to Pescara; I had to call and they realized they had sent me an incorrect message.
Overall a good facility.

You will find yourself in a small building, in a nice and well-kept residential neighborhood near the station and a 5-minute walk from the center of Pescara. Decorated with standard furniture but with attention to detail, a beautiful courtyard, very clean rooms and super friendly management. I didn't give it my all because more can always be done, in terms of value for money it is among the best in Pescara. If I return perhaps with the family I will ask for one of the other apartments that Hospirality has scattered around the city.

Very comfortable B and B, perfect connection, convenient access via code, spacious rooms, with free Netflix.
There is no breakfast service but a box with biscuits, telephone and coffee is available in a relaxation room.
