A wonderful stay!

Maria is a wonderful host!! My mother and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Palermo. This place is in the perfect location across from the cathedral. The rooms are stunning with their original stone and paintings. Breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh squeezed juice and a variety of offerings. We LOVED everything about our stay here.

Feeling at home while traveling
A wonderful stay in Palermo. From before we arrived, the communication was very good and they were attentive to us at all times, even taking into account that our arrival time was outside of the usual hours.
The guy who welcomed us, a Venezuelan, was especially kind and approachable. He explained everything perfectly to us and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment.
The accommodation has a lot of charm, is very well-maintained, and is truly comfortable. The air conditioning works wonderfully and everything is designed to make the stay easy and pleasant.
But if I had to choose just one thing, it would be precisely that feeling: we felt at home. And when you are traveling, few things can be valued more than that.
A very good experience and an accommodation that we would recommend without hesitation.

Highly recommend.

We had a brilliant stay at this boutique hotel. It is really beautiful, both the decor inside the hotel and the hotel room. It is in a perfect location, right by the cathedral and hub of restaurants, whilst remaining quiet and peaceful. The hosts there were so lovely too and very helpful.

Elegant place to stay, with amazing hosts.

Myself and my partner visited Palermo for five days, for her 30th birthday. After endless searching for a place to stay, I landed on Ambrosia Timeless Hosting and decided to book. What a lucky find this place is: Maria Chiara and the hosts are excellent, welcoming you into this beautifully restored house with spotless and well appointed rooms and providing you with a whole map of recommendations for things to do and places to eat and drink in Palermo and beyond. They even went out of their way to arrange a Setteveli cake for my girlfriend’s 30th, complete with a birthday message, which made the day all the more special. Do not hesitate to book - the excellent, kind hosts, the beautiful rooms, comfy beds, and amazing showers, all in an unbeatable central location (it’s right next to Palermo Cathedral) - make this place the perfect place to stay in Palermo. We will definitely be back!

A luxury gem-- quiet location, steps from great sights

Our experience -- more than 20 hours of flying, multiple legs, very tired. MariaChiara, the host at Ambrosia Timeless sends a car to the airport for the four of us (two couples). It's a happy landing spot. Our Sicilian vacation has started! We are greeted at this very small gem-- I think four rooms only. We are quickly situated in our wonderful rooms. Maria Chiara sends a map with all kinds of sights and restaurant suggestions -- easy to navigate by nearness! But for that night, already 9:00pm, she recommends a trattoria five minute walk that was perfect. Wonderful pasta, seafood, wine, and an amaro tasting to finish the meal. Ambrosia only got better. The rooms are beautiful, well-appointed, clean as a whistle, and very quiet. The breakfast is lovely. We could ask Maria Chiara and Angelo anything and they had terrific advice and suggestions. Ambrosia started our Sicily vacation, and we ended there after circumnavigating the island, back to the welcoming hospitality of Ambrosia Timeless. I am especially grateful when people, like Maria Chaira, can speak with me in flawless English. (Pro tip: get WhatsApp, it makes messaging and calling in Europe very easy!)
