Da consigliare vivamente!

Tutto perfetto! Pulizia, areazione, comodità! Mi sono recata a fine giugno insieme a mia figlia e, purtroppo, abbiamo pernottato solo una notte. Ringrazio il sig. Antonio per la sua disponibilità e cortesia. La zona è tranquilla e piena di locali.
Lo consiglio vivamente. Per arrivarci è sufficiente prendere il tram, il numero 9, che parte direttamente dalla stazione centrale e arriva a cinquanta metri dal B&B. In alternativa vi è è comunque la metro a 500 mt di distanza. Vi ricordo che con un unico biglietto si può usufruire di ogni mezzo di trasporto. Da ritornarci assolutamente.

Not recommended for people with allergies!

Good location, quiet neighborhood. 20-30 minutes by foot to duomo. The rooms are small but well kept, though only 1 chair. The host couple is nice but speaks limited English.
The B+B is not a B+B in a regular sense. They do not provide breakfast, you get a voucher from a local bar for a sandwich and 1 cup of coffee.
I learnt upfront that all rooms are on the ground floor, however that is incorrect, they are souterrain, which is a polite word ‚for being in the cellar‘, with barely any daylight! I guess that is the explanation why all curtains on the fotos are closed. The window is very small and I was asked not to use it as it will bring a lot of dirt into the room as the window is on street level!
When entering the B+B I had a bad allergic reaction: I could barely breath and I got an immediate allergic eye inflammation!
Why? They use about 30-40 fragrance strips in the entrée and several in the room.
It was very difficult to make them understand, not to use them anymore while I am staying. Anyway those strips are not healthy for anyone!
At night there is no staff, accordingly when other guests got into a major fight, there was nobody to end it.
Think twice about giving out your mobile number, you may feel pestered.
For people with allergies I do not recommend this place.

4 giorni impeccabili

Punto di riferimento quando torneremo a Milano. Struttura super pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro e ogni parte principale della città, con la fermata metro vicina. Colazione ottima convenzionata presso un bar vicino. Il Sig. Antonio disponibile sin dalla fase di prenotazione, cortese nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda. Al nostro arrivo, concordato anche in tarda serata senza alcun problema, ci ha illustrato la funzionalità della camera e consigliato locali e localitá da visitare. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Consiglio vivamente questo b&b senza alcuna ombra di dubbio.
