We will return

Very cute and above all clean. The owner is very kind and helpful. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment and found everything we needed. Fair prices

Strategic place for all the villages of the Castelli Romani

Beautiful house with attention to detail located a few kilometers from all the villages of the Castelli Romani. The room was large, bright and clean. The owner Patrizia very friendly nice and available for any need. I highly recommend. Giusy

Negative review

I stayed two nights from 28 to 30 October, in room nr.137 without heating and without blankets .. the first day I stayed I found the room very cold , without heating and without blankets .. second day at the linen change, I found the sheets stained all with blood , from the disgust I changed them and I slept with the blanket above .. to get to the structure there are no signs .. on booking in the directions 'there was the civic, and at the time of my arrival there was another number .. cold room and also dirty ... outside the patrian and 'well cared for, all green with flower beds and trees , well-kept garden .. I paid two nights 97 euros without colozione usufruita ..VOTO 1, I do not recommend it to anyone.

To be redone

Great rooms, excellent cleanliness, tranquility and courtesy of the sisters they run, make this b & b a great choice. Personally I was struck by the rich library that they make available to customers. To be postponed.

Pleasant stay

Very quiet and welcoming B&B with convenient free parking in front of the property. Bright room with comfortable bed. Very abundant breakfast.
The owners are very kind and made us have a pleasant stay.
