The Villa was absolutely wonderful! Clean, comfortable and the hosts/staff could not have been more accomodating and welcoming. Highly recommend this for your stay in Tuscany!

This place was very tastefully renovated and decorated and even has a pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing with so many choices of both sweet and savory options. Filippo made a great cappuccino every morning and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it felt private, there were restaurants, bars, bakeries, and public transportation within walking distance. Truly a hidden gem!

For the price it was quite nice. No reception, self checkin. We had trouble with electricity but with a phone call it was fixed the next morning which was sufficient for our needs. (We were offered another room if we had wanted that). Breakfast ok, although the bread not fresh. Surroundings not that great, you need to take your car for most things. A few restaurants relatively close, very simple but nice people and very inexpensive. The suggestions we received in an email were quite good both for restaurants in Lucca as well as closer small cities. Nice and clean good value for money.

Cottage in the green

House in the middle of greenery, with road that passes in front of the structure, convenient to return with the car. Breakfast quite varied and plentiful, rooms suitable for the number of people, uncomfortable but the sofa bed. In general, we enjoyed it. Too bad that the pool was closed and the barbecue not usable in the evening, because it lacked outdoor lighting .. you could implement to allow its use.

Elegant property in quiet and peaceful area

Beautiful villa a few kilometers from Lucca, surrounded by greenery, tranquility and silence. Great idea self check-in, we arrived just before 20:00 and entered the room in full autonomy: a code is provided to enter, and another code allows you to take the room key from a container placed at the entrance. The structure is tastefully decorated, cleanliness is excellent both in the room and in the common areas, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and kettle.
To tell the truth we had problems turning on the TV despite the instructions given, most likely our mistake, and in order to use the kettle - which has a Schuco plug - we had to take it to the bathroom where there is precisely a Schuco socket.
Breakfast is served in what were originally the cellars, beautiful environment and very well cared for; breakfast includes savory foods (cold cuts, sandwiches, boiled eggs) and pastries (very good!), the lady who served us was of an exquisite kindness and courtesy. To return absolutely.
