Immaculately designed and uniquely presented, feels like a brand new property surrounded by vineyards yet walking distance to town centre. Wonderful pool, spacious rooms with lounge area, not any old fridge but a Smeg, luxurious furnishings - feels special. Breakfast a little short on choice but still acceptable. Thoroughly recommend

Excellent

Beautiful villa. Spacious and very clean rooms! It really feels like being at home. Everyone is very kind. Absolutely worth returning to.

Lovely place to stay with very friendly and helpful owners.
Only slight issue was the AC did not cool the room, which is typical in Italy in May

This is not a hotel in the traditional sense – there is no 24-hour reception or room service, but the atmosphere more than makes up for it: warm, welcoming, and genuinely personal, something you rarely find in chain hotels.
Breakfast is in true Italian style (not overly abundant), yet with excellent coffee and products from the property’s own farm. The 19th-century mansion was renovated in 2017–18 and features an elevator and a lovely swimming pool that is open 24/7 (unlike many similar properties where the pool is closed at night).
Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings on the second floor. Bathrooms are combined and also generously sized. The air conditioning may take a little while to cool the entire room, but it does the job.
I can definitely recommend this place if you want to escape the noise of the big city and enjoy the intimate atmosphere of a countryside villa.

Beautiful location

The farm is beautiful, very kind and helpful staff, spotless and spacious rooms I highly recommend it!
