Excellent, great location and Nice Hotel
Perfect location, within walking distance of the center of Brunico where all the shops, cafes, and restaurants are. Direct train connection to the other towns in the area. And very easy access to the bus and the ski slopes. Sara at reception was the best; she attended to our requests even before we arrived and was constantly helpful throughout our stay. The staff was tireless, and the breakfast buffet attendant and the dinner service were exceptional. We loved the food, with its delicious vegetarian options.

Great location but terrible service
Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the center and next to the train station. Comfortable pool and beautiful garden. TERRIBLE service during dinner and even worse service at the reception where the staff, far from welcoming, invites you at every request to check on the Internet.
Good breakfast. Dinner could definitely be improved. Good room cleanliness.

SHORT WEEKEND BRUNICO
I was in Brunico and stayed at this wonderful hotel which is not in the old town, but has a train stop right next to the hotel (Bruneck Süd).
The location was fantastic, garden and pool excellent.
The hotel offers a wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and relaxation area.
With the local bus I went to visit the museum of customs and traditions located in Teodone (a small village near Brunico).

In the mountains never happened
Unfortunately we stayed in the Christmas period 4 days, and considering that it is a 4 star, and that they charge very much, I strongly advise against it
-upon arrival we give.the keys and point the way, no one to accompany or help you with luggage, we arrived with bags and even the door to enter reception have kept us open!
-small room, I found hair of previous guests around, advised to come and clean and the girl did not even apologize for the inconvenience. One day they forgot to put on towels. No bath products except a paltry tube of cream and bubble bath, for 4 days! Dilapidated walls and wood, terrace tiles let's not talk about it, a Stone Age bathtub in the blind bathroom. One on a positive note the room is warm, but so dirty that we forget, even the wall of the sink had old toothpaste splashes never cleaned...
- nice spa but missing a whirlpool or similar and there are no towels already after an hour from opening, soaps are not refilled in the showers, not even a rag of music, plastic cups for broken and old herbal teas
- breakfast they put us near where they rest cutlery and dishes, I do not tell you the ears every time they threw them all, and the food really poor and industrial. Nothing typical, very frozen, often old. Can you present the bad fruit salad of two days before? The croissants only after half an hour were finished and the remaining ones were thrown there, the cakes all eaten? At least chop them up, holy god! The bottle of maple syrup finished the first day, never bought again, and there is a supermarket in front, if I have a customer maybe I take action to make him find it right?!
- dinner as above perhaps worse, little choice, miserable dishes and recovery del.loro restaurant next door, but 30 euros per person take them to give you the scraps. The dessert a scoop of ice cream with frozen and heated blueberries

Leave this hotel alone, in the mountains something like this has never happened to me, go to a 3 star hotel and you are better for sure

Maximum three stars
Hotel that does not reflect the four stars. The positive aspects are definitely the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness. The location is extremely good because just minutes from the center of Brunico. The hotel, however, reports a clear lack of subscriptions or investments in recent years. The rooms are very clean but are with a low personality for which the reception is penalized. The common facilities are not at the level of a star rating but a decent three stars. The restaurant is quite satisfactory in the dishes at the table, but it is not so much in the buffet. There is a clear lack of staff and four-star quality. I wouldn't go back.
