Truly an experience and 5 stars

Excellent structure located in the center near the station; Michele was very professional and provided us with all the information to visit Bari and beyond safely.
The rooms are very clean and beautiful, with bathrooms equipped with all the comforts, using eco-friendly and quality products.

Bad place, do not consider booking

This place is awful. Host description is misleading, unsafe location, unsavory men hanging around front door, (was fearful for my wife), you do not get “Italian Breakfast”, you get a 3 euro voucher for a bar around the corner. We were so concerned that we did not stay for our 4 night reservation. We forfeited our 580 Euro payment, it was that bad.

Comfortable new rooms with pluses and minuses on the location

We stayed here overnight after arriving late on a train so we could pick up a rental car the next morning and it worked well for that. The property has 3 rooms for different guests with a modest common room with cooking facilities. The rooms are new with nice bathroom. The location is just 100m from the Bari Central station but feels a little "seedy" at night as is common with most central station locations around the world. The owners were very helpful in checking us in and communicated with us prior to arrival to ensure they were there when we arrived (they are not on location but are just a text or phone call away). They also provided excellent recommendations for dinner.
The room was advertised as having breakfast provided. We were given a 2.5Euro voucher each for breakfast at a nearby cafe/pasticerie. The cafe is is nice but a coffee for me and fresh juice for my partner and a pastry each cost 13Euro so the voucher is not going to get you breakfast.

Due notti per lavoro.

Posizione eccellente. Vicino al centro di Bari con una breve passeggiata. Colazione convenzionata in un bar pasticceria nelle vicinanze (la brioche più buona che abbia mai mangiato). Pulizia eccellente, non è presente il servizio di cambio asciugamani o rifacimento letti. Proprietario estremamente disponibile con consigli per ristoranti e luoghi di interesse. Estrema privacy.

Così Così

Abbiamo passato 2 notti in questa struttura bella pulita e confortevole. Peccato per la proprietaria Lucrezia che dapprima ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sino al pomeriggio della partenza poi ci ha obbligato a rientrare da una gita a mezzogiorno per ritirarli.un'altra cosa che mi ha non poco infastidito è che ci hanno consigliato e prenotato un tavolo per cena in un noto ristorante di bari gestito da NO VAX.
