*****Excellent Staff & Service

From checking in to checking out a truly great experience - Staff are always so helpful .My second August Bank Holiday weekend here 1st was 2018 and again this year - great space ,close to city to enjoy time with friends if visiting Cork - unlike a Hotel all 4 of us got to share with All having our own bathroom and shower - Beds are So comfy and so great to be close to city for socializing

Breakfast is really not Worth it.

The rooms are okey, but one of the rooms does not have bathroom included in the room, so beware of that. The breakfast package is really not Worth it. If you plan om eating out a lot this is really on the wrong side of Town. If you are just going to campus it is quite perfectly located.

Absolutely a wonderful stay

We are both 69 years old and the folks at reception, bent over backwards to see that we were happy. The rooms are reasonably priced, CLEAN and fresh linen on a regular basis. The breakfast was included and was more that one could expect. Parking is super. The only thing to remember is that University Hall is at Victoria Cross road and there is no visible address on the building. We would advise that you "Map quest" it. There is a grocery store not more than 50 meters from the building where one can purchase anything from soup to nuts. The kitchen facilities were excellent for all meals although we only used the kitchen for breakfast. Most sincerely a wonderful place and highly recommended!!

Short stay, basic but excellent

I stayed here for one night and was very impressed with the accommodation and service. From initial booking to checkin the level of service was excellent. The accommodation is a little bit outside the city but the value that it offers is brilliant. The room was in a 4 bedroom dorm style apartment. The room had an occasional double which was comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and en suite. The shared kitchen was well equipped and the recycling facilities were excellent. The tv in the kitchen/lounge was small but perfectly adequate. All in all it was excellent value for money and in fact having stayed here I would be willing to pay more.

Excellent family holiday.

Stayed here Aug 2018 for a week and what a pleasant experience it was. From the moment we arrived we were made feel welcome, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There’s convenient underground parking and laundry facilities. It’s located close to town, 20min walk or 5min by car.
We had a 4 bedroom all en-suite apartment overlooking the river. The kids had a bedroom each and they just loved the space, it’s so much more conducive than a family room in a hotel. I can’t recommend these apartments enough. Thank you to the management and staff for a lovely stay.
