Very clean, very comfortable, amazing value for money.

Disappointing

Great location in the town centre, rooms are ok.
Downside is that the walls are really thin with little noise insulation. Could hear my neighbours phone conversation in full detail, not ideal at 6am
Breakfast was very poor compared to other places we stayed, limited choice with poor quality products, disappointing.
Price wise was expensive compared to other places we stayed.

Fantastic experience in Diamond House, Ardara

We stayed in Diamond House Ardara for a recent wedding, and had an extremely positive experience! All facilities that we required were available to us, and Geraldine had thought of everything that we could have possibly needed, such as snacks, milk, bread, toiletries, etc. We were spoiled! The location was absolutely perfect, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, and Geraldine was so helpful during our stay.

Diamond house, Ardara

It was very nice and clean place to stay, the staff who worked there was nice, hospitable and friendly.
Disadvantage it was very loud, and you here noise from other people.
it was a nice place to be on vacation.
I recommend to stay overnight in this place.

Dispicable

My partner and I booked a double room en-suite here for the 28th.September-The John Doherty weekend.We had stayed there in August and booked the room before our departure.We later rang to confirm our booking.
We arrived in Ardara on Saturday the 28th.as planned.We went to the Diamond House to book in but we couldn't gain access.We rang and emailed but got no reply.
We decided to go for some food and had a few drinks.
We returned to Diamond House at 4.30,but we were still unable to gain access or receive any sort of reply.
We returned to the Corner Bar where my partner made enquiries of the proprietor.She crossed the road to a nearby shop.There she was told that the owner of Diamond House had gone to a wedding in Poland.
We tried to get alternative accommodation as we had drink taken and we were parked in the town centre.
We had no alternative but to stay in the car until 8 am,when I drove home.
Surely this person should not be permitted to maintain a property for public accommodation.
The worst exhad.
