We are staying CMC treatment purposes at these Hotel personally have recommended to some other my father health issues has been rectified the world famous hospital CMC Doctors and nurse are very honestly take care of patients
I think some God grace's available in these properties

Never commit the mistake of booking your rooms in Arihant Inn @ Vellore. Reasons :
(1) Services are pathetic. Rooms are not cleaned unless requested.
(2) Daily free 1 litre water bottle need to be requested. Otherwise, it will not be given
(3) The hotel manager is only interested to fix autos at rates higher than the market rates. My presumption : the difference of fare is his commission.
(4) If you want to cut short your trip they will not refund a single penny though the entire money will be collected by the hotel at the time of check-in. We booked through booking.com and they showed us the online portal. Booking.com in contrary says that the trip can be cut short and refund solicited.
(5) Charging entire money as advance is to put you in their trap.
In a scale of 10, my rating is 4.

Too small room and arrogant attitude of owner

Room size is too small. Bathroom size is such that you cannot take bath so plan accordingly. They don't clean the room once you check in. Bill is provided only on request, and that too when you have the attitude to tolerate their arrogance.
Extra towel or sheet is provided after lots of phone calls and request. The owner is of opportunistic mind, asked to cancel our booking which was done online and requested to book directly. Don't book this hotel rather book Cloud Service Apartment. Very nicely maintained, less price. Soap, shampoo, dental kit, comb is provided. Clean and big rooms. They have in house cook who prepares nice food

Pathetic customer service! Do not book rooms here!

We had booked a room with two double beds through booking.com but the room was given to somebody else who required a room for 4 people. Since we were only a party of 2, we agreed to take the smaller room but we asked the manager to refund the additional amount paid for the larger room for which he started to argue with us and refused to refund saying it was our mistake. However, they have the audacity to tell us not to give them a bad review for the same. Really pathetic! Will not recommend this place
