Worth the price but will not go again.

The place looks great from the outside but the room that I got was not the best. There is the annoying dance music that is ever present after 9 pm. The bathroom has lots of cockroaches and it looks like there is no really cleaning protocols. The sheets were pilled so going to sleep was not so much fun because it felt like summer camp. The equation was the price. It was cheap for my requirements. The house keeper and reception staff are really nice.

Spa has been closed for 3 months.
I got a room upgrade but it’s a very dated room. The fridge did not work.

Horrendous experience. Property was very poorly kept.No chill in room airconditioner. Stained sheets, delapidated furniture, withered towels, cockroaches in the bathroom, cracked tiles. The breakfast menu is a joke. Staff at lobby is completely un-trained. Took 15 minutes to find the booking, as they were not aware of hotels.com.
Not a family friendly place. There are far better and premium properties in Trivandrum available at this rate.

relatively cheap to other hotels
breakfast is good
close to railway station and eating joints - we went everyday to paragon
minus
rundown rooms lacking maintainance
there is a bar in the hotel , means for family stays sometimes can be uncomfortable stay
spend 1000 bucks more daily and a lot options open up

No bills

I had booked 2 rooms for my friends via online, who could get reimbursement on producing the original bills. But the receptionist refused to give hotel bill stating that I had booked online and not directly. Alas, my friends had to forego Rs 12000. Very sad.
This should be looked into
