Wonderful Stay in Srinagar
The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with Kashmiri kehwa, which was a lovely touch. Ajaz, the Front Manager, personally escorted us to our room and explained about the city and gave us some great recommendations for food and places to visit.
A special thanks to Wahid at reception for upgrading us to a suite. We really loved the suite and it was perfect for our family.
Muzafer at the restaurant was also very helpful and always made sure we were well taken care of.
What we really liked was how the staff made us feel valued as guests. Whenever someone met us, they would ask about our stay and make sure everything was good. They really know how to make guests feel special.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms, as they feel a little outdated. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

Wonderful stay - excellent hospitality
A special mention to Aiaz, the manager, whose warmth, professionalism, and personal attention made our stay especially pleasant. His willingness to help and ensure everything was taken care of was greatly appreciated.
Also, Ishfaq and the kitchen team deserve special appreciation for their excellent service and delicious food. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made every meal enjoyable.
It is the people who make a hotel special, and Ajiz, Ishfaq, and the entire team certainly made our stay in Srinagar memorable.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!
