Exceptional service by Pranisa at Radisson Salem!
I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Salem, and I would especially like to appreciate Pranisa for her outstanding service and kindness.
She was extremely helpful and caring, especially when it came to my kids and their food. She was always attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed.
Her warm smile, patience, and genuine care made a big difference to our stay. It’s staff members like Pranisa who make guests feel truly welcomed and valued.

Excellent Stay – Outstanding Hospitality and Great Location!
Highlights of our stay:
Dining & Service: The food was excellent with a great variety of flavors. A special mention to the restaurant staff—they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience every day.
Cleanliness & Comfort: Cleanliness standards were top-notch throughout the property. The rooms and public areas were spotless and very well maintained.
Location: The hotel is in a prime, highly convenient location, making access around Salem completely hassle-free.
Overall, it was a genuinely happy stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salem
