Good and safe hotel

Good Hotel with nice location and just 5 minute walking distance from morjim beach also vagator beach is just 2 kilometer and Ashvem beach is just 1 km far from hotel hotel is located in central market near bus stand so it's easy to transport anu where , hotel provide self drive taxi and scooty on good price .This is nice and safe most important they are providing full goa package with secured and safe way so I hins it's very good to avoid any inconvenience caused by outsiders.

Stay experience

It was really a nice experience, my stay was comfortable and all amenities were provided, staff was very cooperative. Pool was clean

Amazing Place with Centrally Located Near Beach

I can say that s is Amazing Place with 2 major things Centrally located in Market Place just 5 minute walking from Morjim Beach and Complete piece ful rooms no road traffic sound and back side natural Coconut Tree and Jungle and Agriculture Farms giving amazing Mental Piece in Morning and evening , Food was very beautiful and now it’s totally completed last time it was under construction but this time Restaurant and all area construction has been completed and also Garden Grass and flowers are giving beautiful feelings with clean pool . This is my 2nd visit of resort open last year and I will try every year spent at lest 15 days in this resort . U like very much because Rooms are specious Bathroom is boutique designer and staff is very helpful. Thanks all rio groups .

IT'S NOT A RESORT!!

The worst experience.
They advertise how a 4 star hotel and it is not even built.
They only have finished a small building with rooms and the pool, what can be seen in the photos.
Although if you go to their website you will see pictures of a cafeteria, restaurant, conference room... , etc.
There's nothing! Just a lot of workers building something that they spend all day sitting at the entrance most of the time.
We booked with Booking, if arrival we are told that we cannot stay because they have problems with some pipe..., then we found out that they had sold our room twice, once through Booking and once on site.
We are sent for three days to a hotel near , of lower category and we are charged all the booked stay (two weeks) in Booking and also without card, only cash ... in short .. a purpose.
In the end we went into the supposed resort and had to leave because they didn't even give you clean towels.
A hotel?...
No!
They are rooms to rent.
By the way, Booking washes its hands
They don't want to know anything about it.
There's no way for them to respond the way they should.
Don't go to this place?!!! I don't know what to call it, and if you go you know what's there.
The rooms are well equipped. If it's an aki room you're looking for it's fine, but not hotel or anything like that.
