A beautiful hotel opposite the beach with perfect amenities

We visited this hotel during Diwali and we must say we are impressed. The rooms are very clean , well lit and ventilated. The food prep is fresh and delicious. Sumit the owner of the hotel is very helpful and kind. We felt like a one big family when he invited us for Lakshmi Pooja for Diwali.
The swimming pool in the hotel is very clean and well maintained
There is Devbaug beach bang opposite the hotel so the view is amazing and the ease of reaching the beach is there too.Sumit can guide you to scuba diving which is one of a kind experience. You can also go on dolphin spotting in the morning.
Overall the staff is also very attentive and helpful
When going to Devbaugh we definitely recommend satying at La casa royale

A property located in a nice location but in need of proper maintenance.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights. The location is a blessing. You can walk across the road to reach the beach. The beach itself is clean and the tides reach out for you to enjoy a wonderful dip.
The hotel needs to be managed professionally . The rooms are good and clean , however the dampener id too many large glass windows which let in the sunlight and not only heat up the room but also wake you up very early . They need to put some dark curtains.
The bathroom is good but needs proper maintenance and regular cleaning.
We could not have dinner here since the reason (excuse ) provided was that the chef was on leave. The breakfast was an average fare but you need to have it since there are not many proper eateries here.
For dinner we walked across the road to a small place which served good hot home food.
They have parking for a few cars.
