Disappointing Stay—Management Prioritizes Events Over Room Guests

had a very underwhelming one-night stay here, and it is strictly an "ok types" property at best. The biggest issue is the parking, there is essentially no parking available for staying guests because the management completely prioritizes function and event guests instead. It's incredibly unfair to those booking rooms.
To add to that, the overall cleanliness is just not up to the mark. The room was not cleaned well, and the bathroom was definitely below standards. The service was highly disappointing throughout our short stay. Definitely a 1-star experience, and I would not recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Value for money stay

We stayed for one night. The rooms were average in size. The furniture was old but adequate. The bathrooms looked newly renovated. The staff was friendly. There was some lack of coordination between reception and house keeping. Food at the hotel was good. Railway station is in walking distance.

Terrible experience

My friends and I booked this hotel and even after paying 10k in advance, when we reached the hotel at night we were told that no rooms are available. They had double booked. At 11:30pm we were shifted to a shady hotel. The staff seemed a little accommodating and remorseful at first but after a phone call with the owner they did a 180 change. They have charged us to magnetise the key with gst and even for water bottles. Every possible way they’ve extorted money from us. Really horrible experience and this isn’t how hospitality works.

Won't recommend for stay or food

I booked the hotel seeing the rating on Google
However, it was not close to anything. The food was average, breakfast was below average.
In room no AC remote, no switch to put off the light and exhaust in washroom
Room also smelling damp.
Not a good stay in altogether

Pricey for the amenities provided

Visited this hotel in Dec 2021. Maybe it was expensive due to the holiday season, but the overall experience was average when compared to the price. Breakfast was meager with hardly any options. Room was spacious though.
