Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Customer Service
I had a wonderful stay at Infinitea Centric Dharamshala. The hotel offers comfortable and well-maintained rooms with excellent cleanliness standards. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured that the room remained neat and spotless throughout my stay.
The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff was courteous and attentive. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Dharamshala.
What truly stood out was the exceptional support provided by the hotel staff. I faced an issue with my booking, and Mr. Akash handled the situation with great professionalism and care. He took personal interest in resolving the matter and ensured that everything was sorted out smoothly. His helpful attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction made a significant difference to my experience.
I would highly recommend Infinitea Centric Dharamshala to anyone visiting the city. Excellent rooms, great food, outstanding cleanliness, and a highly cooperative staff make it one of the best places to stay in Dharamshala.

5 Star Facilities @ 4 Star Cost
I stayed at Dharamshala for 2 nights.
First night was at Hyatt Regency, McLeod Ganj and for the second night I by chance came upon this hotel Infinitea, Dharamshala because it was comparatively near to the Dharamshala Airport.
I normally don't make many property reviews but this one is worth it.
Room: At Par or Even a Bit Better Than Hyatt, well appointed, clean, airi. All good quality upholstery and accessories, nice minibar, good quality bathroom accessories.
Services: Super Fast, fortunately all requests were taken care of in less than a minute.
Food: Tandoori Trout was nice, Breakfast had few options but it was tasty and complete by Indian aspect.
Front Office: Aman at the reception was quick and responsive.
Cost: Since I just dropped in on the way and booked directly, they gave me price which was almost 40% less than online costs.
Overall: Nice small hotel with good quality rooms near the cricket stadium, airport and market but away from hill station traffic jams and hustle bustle.
Wish them good luck.

Excellent stay and hospitality
Very well maintained, clean and courteous staff. Excellent location near the HPCA stadium. Food was very good as well. Extremely accessible for McLeodganj and Bir.

Warm hospitality, Comfortable with Awesome view
A very comfortable stay with a delicious spread of breakfast and dinner, was what he experienced. The staff was very courteous particularly Gaurav Singh in dining area. The size of the rooms was spacious with a balcony for exotic view.
I loved the swimming pool, though the water was cold, the view was breathtaking. I wish it had moderately heated water. The other suggestion which would further enhance the stay would be closed cupboards in the room. Overall, as a family we lived the warm hospitality and would visit Infinitea Centric at Dharamshala again and again.
