newly built property with spacious rooms, menu is very vast and the food that we tried was very tasty, in terms of proce a must stay or dine

I wish there will be a option for Negative stars , not deserves to be called a 3 star hotel , rooms are ok but services are worst than a Lodge .never go not worth worst experience bad experience , moof off ho jayega pure stay ka maza kharab ho jayega

A nice looking Hotel but lacking comfort.

Hope I am wrong and I apologise in advance if my observations are not correct.
This Hotel has a lovely elevation and the Rooms are tailored very well.Being relatively new, the furniture,bed and curtains all are nice & attractive.The room service is good and reception desk is very courteous. The washrooms are good and spacious with all amenities. The food in the restaurant is good and in the complimentary breakfast they provided us Masala Dosa,fruits ( though not juice ), Aloo Paranthas with curd, Dhokla, Veg sandwich,Tea, Coffee, Mangore etc.The lift facility in the hotel is also modern with touch screen controls.The Hotel is very close to the Railway station and that way it's location is ideal.
However the Air-conditioning in the Hotel appears flawed with cooling being very less and the staff tries to conceal the defect though one attendent confessed to me that there is an issue and several visitors have been complaining of late.On our talk with reception we were shifted to Suite room 401 and we were delighted of being given stay in a higher version but when in both the living room section and bed section of the suite the ACs didnot cool ( the technician worked on the AC twice ) I lodged strong protest ( as it was 3-4 hours of suffocation ) we were shifted to another small room no.301 but there the AC was again defective, so were shifted to room 307 in the night.This cooled but in the middle of the night it appeared that the cooling disappeared and room became moderately warm.But as we were to leave soon in the next day,I did not complain.When we had lunch in the restaurant, the cooling there was again questionable though we kept quiet. One more thing - the corridors give a dark gloomy look so the flanking walls and carpet there need to be of lighter shade and welcoming sort.

Found cockroch just right after reaching the property on the bed. Reception staff was good. Cleanliness could be improved. No paper tissue in the room. Different type of room/bed was assigned than what I booked. Overall good for short night stay. Breakfast was good.

3rd grade not a 3Star

I wish if I could have an option of negative rating. Rooms are pretty fine, but the services are literally poor. This hotel is equipped with lots of RUDE, HARSH & IMPOLITE staffs. Feels an insulting stay here...This hotel deserve to be in the 3rd class category and not a ⭐⭐⭐ hotel.
You have to ask for everything basic thing that has to be available in room...from towels to oral kit...and too complemented with a bad attitude.
