Cosy English Cottage - Majestic Breakfast
We stayed here for 3nights and had a wonderful time. The cosy cottage in a valley next to the sea and rotterdam invites you to relax and chill down.
The breakfast was delicious and so impressive. Every day they made a table only for the two of us with everything: different types of cheese and sausages, marmelades, Chocolate, fresh coffee, orange juice, a lot of different breds and some vegetables as well as fruits. The hosts were really kind and wanted us to have a great time.
Eventhough the bath is not part of you room and you have to share it with others, it was always clean! The walls are a little bit thin and at the last night we were a bit unlucky with our neighbors.
All in all I would recommend this place to everyone who needs to chill down, but also wants to explore a big city and visit the sea. You'll feel like a king/queen every morning, I promise!:)
We'll definitely come back!

Laughable.
Never again once. We thought a review 4.2 that it still looked ok. Quite the opposite. 2 toilets for 8 people upstairs. 1 shower for 8 people. Shower curtain was dirty. Rooms very little air and very warm. Fan made a noise, there was more noise coming out than air. Breakfast was very good. Sir was friendly, the hostess on the other hand, the other reviews do not lie about that. Madam wanted to explain to her, and that had to be with shouting and ranting, even the words f...ing were in it.
The room can be locked with a padlock. Now this is laughable. Never seen in a b&b. Greetings Wouter a star

Sewage strongly present in the building, thin walls
When you enter the building you see mostly junk and clutter, stuff that remains after a day of doily market is on display here. When you find the door to the stairs, a sewage smell emerges that the owner proudly tells you about later, in the past, body water was flushed through the underlying sewer of the hospital, you can still smell this. In the room the air is a little less but you have to see for yourself if you have sleeping pills with you to get to sleep, the bed is rather lousy. The room can be locked with a padlock and the toilet and shower can be shared with other guests. The walls are so thin you can hear everything they say, when they open the door, bellowing with incoming messages. Breakfast is good. But we prefer to sleep elsewhere the next time.

Extremly horrible!
We arrived at De Snoeperij late in the evening and we informed abour it in advance. The keys were in the automatic boxes, but they didn't work. We could not get into the hotel. About two hours later we found the owner of the hotel. She behaved aggressively, shouted at us, said she would not give us the keys because the boxes were automatic and it was our problem that they did not open. She did not want to listen to us, shouted, threatened, etc. When I told her that we would not leave until she gave us the keys to the rooms we had paid for, she started shouting even more and threatening the police. Instead, I called the police myself, but unfortunately, they said that it was not a case of emergency and refused to respond to the call. As a result, the locals who helped us find the owner of the hotel asked us to leave and go to another hotel. It was a holiday weekend and late at night, all the hotels were closed, only at 3 am we found a hotel in Rotterdam and had to pay an additional 200 euros, although we had paid for that night. I fulfilled my obligations but could not get into the hotel. In addition, local residents reported that this problem with the hotel's automatic boxes happens almost every week, and the owner is well aware of the problem, but does nothing about it! I am extremely dissatisfied!

Very cosy B&B, great breakfast
The B&B is in an old Dutch house. Very well decorated. Very cosy.
The room was very small. I missed a chair to put stuff on. A bigger dustbin would also be handy.
Everything was really clean. Breakfast was like a picture from a painting.
Due to Corona we could take the leftovers for a picknick. Great ! The children received also some candy.
