great experience

Excellent hospitality. Philippa was a kind, wonderful lady. She picked us up from the airport and took us to the harbor. He made homemade sweets, which were delicious and careful. The beach was across the road, with mini market in the area, ideal for breakfast on our veranda. The location is relaxing and you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The car rental and scooter is 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent apartment quiet and clean with the owner doing everything to please the guests. A minute from the sandy beach I highly recommend it for families

Fantastic 4 weeks

Filippa Studios are just across the sandy road from fabulous Plaka Beach. The studios are very well equipped and spacious. On arrival everything was spotlessly clean and remained so for the duration of our holiday. They are set in colourful and spacious gardens,including a substantial pond and waterfall. The owner, Filippa, is very welcoming and makes sure you have everything you could possibly need. If you like a holiday in a quiet area in a great apartment just across the road from the beach, then this is for you. In the immediate vicinity there is a very well stocked shop and a great taverna. You do not have to have a car to get there as there is a local bus service to Chora which runs frequently during the season. Perfect.

Wonderful experience in Naxos - the owner was lovely

We just returned from Naxos where we stayed at the Filiipa studios on Plaka Beach.
We stayed in an appartement for five person with two large bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchen. There were two terraces. One in the shadow where we could have breakfast or lunch, another one where we could enjoy the sunset, when returning from the beach.
The appartment was cleaned up evvery day and remained squeaky clean from the first to the last day of our stay there.
It was well equipped with air conditioning, hair drye,free internet access, and nicely and tastefully decorated.
The appartement was well located at the end of the plaka beach, right in front of the beach, where you can rent umbrellas if you wish. There are two water sports club within walking distance where you can rent windsurfs or kites.
It was also next to as supermarket opened until late a tnight. When we did not feel like cooking we could always find some good dishes at the Nikos and Maria's restaurant nearby (I would recommend the spinach pie and grilled octopus)
Trasfer to Naxos port was easy since the bus would stop right in front if the residence.
Most of all the ownner of the studio was a & charming and lovely person. She was always willing to help, offered us to do our laundry several times, and from time to time gave us some treat like a delicious feta & potato cake.
Whoever has travelled to Greece knbows that great hospitality is a given in Greece, but this went beyond in my opinion.
I can only highly recommend this address for a family who wants to spend some good time in Naxos.

Basic

Basic room, expensive, not very clean. Bathroom was very good, bed was ok, extra bed was horrible. Aircondition was fine, needed cleaning, wifi was not working at all! Excellent locations, very nice beach just steps away!
