Pleasant stay

Excellent and clean room, ideal for family stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes the stay especially comfortable, as the family has at its disposal two fully functional bathrooms.
The exterior was just as beautiful, with a green and well-groomed garden. The owner very polite and willing to serve in anything we needed.
Overall, an excellent choice for family accommodation with comfort, cleanliness and warm hospitality.

Fabulous studio

We had a wonderful stay at Mirtia Studio in Minies. The location is excellent – very close to the airport but surprisingly quiet, so there’s no disturbing noise. The gardens are lovely and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the studios are conveniently located near some of the best beaches in Kefalonia.
Fotis was a fantastic host, with great communication from the start, making everything easy and welcoming. The studios themselves are spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and very cozy beds.
A perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Kefalonia – highly recommended!

feeling like at home

Great time spent here with my family. Super kind host, always available and helpful. The location is fantastic, close to main places and beautiful small (with and without service) beaches. The only thing we suffered a bit is the limited space in the kitchen (I like cooking even if on vacation), but it was not too terrible to go out for lunch and dinner ;) ). The garden is great and with a lot of toys and staff for kids and there is a barbecue and an stones oven for pizza!
p.s: consider there is no washing machine, the host helped us to solve it without problems, but this for someone can be a limiting factor for long stays.
I definitely recommend it!!

Great stay in Kefalonia!

We had a great stay here, totally recommend it! It was very quiet in the night, and we loved to stay on the balcony and admire the tons of stars! The room was very clean, they changed the sheets/towels very often, and the garden in the front of the house was very neat! Fotis was very kind and recommend us all the beautifull beaches and good taverns to eat! It was a lovely holiday, and we re seriously considering to come back in 2021!
Ps don t be worried about the fact that you are close to the airport. The noise is not really disturbing at all! We were a bit lucky to catch one or two landings having front seats in the balcony!:):)
I hope this accomodation will get more reviews since it s such a nice and peacefull location!

Great view

We were in Mirtia 10 days. The room is very nice with a beautiful view on the sea so we could watch every day a sunset. Owner of the house is great and friendly. Great place and yard around house is amazing made with lot love. The only thing that we didn't like is that maid only enters the room every 5 days, which means we had to ask for toilet paper every time we ran out and take out our trash...
