Lovely studios and Owners.

Well what can I say!!!
These apartments are lovely and comfortable, and very clean.
The bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept on in Greece.
The owners are just wonderful and very friendly, Panagiotis is easily reached via WhatsApp if you need anything.
Everyone we have interacted with have been lovely and friendly.
They are a little out of town, but we haven't found this to be an issue, takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the centre of town.
I would not hesitate to stay here again, and hope we can again next year.
Excellent value for money.
You can tell the owners have great pride in what they do.

Great experience

It was me and my friend the first week of August, they welcomed us with a small wine of their production placed on the table at the entrance with two glasses, they left us water in the fridge, two sealed croissants for breakfast and coffee capsules. It is a studio equipped with stove and fridge, a small bathroom. All very neat and clean. They guarantee room cleaning almost every day. It is a nice place to stay on vacation. Highly recommended.

Eccellente permanenza

Il nostro soggiorno da Pittas Studios è stato in una parola eccellente!
La nostra camera era confortevole, letto e cuscini comodi, un bel balconcino con tavolino e sedie, uno stendino, l’essenziale per cucinare per chi vuole, Wifi potente, tv, aria condizionata e tante altre cose gratuite come caffè, shampoo, un acqua, due cornetti e del vino veramente tutto apprezzabile. La posizione a Kardamena è perfetta per esplorare l’isola, serve comunque un mezzo di trasporto (consiglio l’auto, c’è anche un parcheggio gratuito nella proprietà). Non da meno l’accoglienza e la simpatia di tutta la famiglia, ci avete fatto sentire a casa!

Una buona sistemazione a poca distanza dal centro

Sistemazione essenziale in un contesto tranquillo a pochi passi dal mare, con parcheggio gratuito. Decisamente simpatica e disponibile la proprietaria. Piccolo e poco attrezzato l'angolo cucina, ma comunque complessivamente buona la sistemazione

Ottima soluzione

Pittas studio è un ottima soluzione per dormire nell´isola di kos. A dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di kardamena e qualche minuto in scooter o auto. La piccola struttura ha circa 10 camere, privacy e tranquillità sono garantite. La camera che abbiamo avuto non era grandissima ma aveva tutto il necessario, bagno piccolo ma funzionale, un cucinotto con 2 fuochi non adattissimo a preparare una cena. Alcune stanze sono state ristrutturate la nostra ancora no. Tutte le stanze godono di vista sul mare, di.fianco alla casa c'è un comodo cortile adibito a parcheggio.
Simpatia, grande gentilezza e disponibilità della famiglia dei proprietari vi faranno sentire a casa.
