Wonderful, perfect, amazing.

Wonderful, clean, aristocratic.
The owner polite, friendly, helpful.
The accommodation has it on a high level.
Made a wonderful fasting pizza for my husband, with where we went.
Warm and welcoming place.

A perfect holiday with the perfect host.

Roptro is the cleanest and best accomodation we have ever stayed in. The food was amazing and the host, Maria, is the kindest, friendliest and most helpful person you could ever wish for. Everyday she would plan our excursions so we could see all the local attractions without missing anything. We really were made to feel at home and part of the family. Maria is certainly the best host we have ever come across and we will be returning to stay without a doubt. I would recommend Roptro to anyone wishing to visit the Zagori/ Vikos area. It is the perfect base for a stay in this amazing area of outstanding natural beauty.

A place like once

A village like
You can't find any more! A single square / terrace where the
Evening we gather. The structure is spotless and the owners and the guys who help very kind. They even gave us a bottle for the water we liked. Mrs. Maria and Dimitri of the fantastic people! Obviously if you are looking for a busy place or with many Things to do it is not for you! We had a great time

EXCELLENT!

The accommodation was excellent, Mrs. Maria was kind, she helped us see all the sights of the place. Rich breakfast and you should definitely try Mrs. Maria's handmade pizza, it was amazing! I highly recommend it!

Here, time stops, or i time traveled without knowing it...

Visited Roptro, accidentally. I have to say this was one of the most fortunate accidents ever.
Not much to say, other that amazing experience. The village... the food... The scenery...
The rooms are more than clean. More than what you expect. The decoration is so very well thought of. Detail means a lot here. Warm, spacious rooms, everything included. The breakfast is yummy, simple, traditional and handmade from Maras hands.
Food is not expensive and worth a try. Simple recipes, greek, inspired and soooooo tasty!!!
Having a stroll around the village, with the owner Dimitris, i realised that in this village, time stopped 50-60 years back. I couldnt believe that i had not entered a black hole. Dimitris, born in Doliana will share with you so many real stories about living in this village.
Just before i was ready to live, Maria offered me a greek coffee, handmade cookies (koulouria) and a delicous baklawa. What a way to finish my trip!
But the thing i value most is that i met these people, Dimitris and Maria! Thanks for being my new friends!
