Excellent Location

Centrally located on Chios Island, close to the harbor and restaurants, everything is within walking distance, and there's a car park right next door.
The rooms with balconies also have excellent views; it's a clean, spacious, charming, and very nice hotel...

Don't waste your money, everything is terrible except for the location!!!

Everything about the hotel is terrible except for its location!
There were tissues under the bed and hair in the bathroom; the room was so small you couldn't even open your suitcase when you walked in. The rooms look spacious in the photos, but the economy room was nothing like that. The staff were rude; we requested a room change, but the door wouldn't lock, and they said there were no other options because it was dirty. They didn't send anyone to clean. It was terrible for us, we regret it!

The usual things necessary for a "good" stay were in place...clean room and staff assistance. What we did not plan for, perhaps by my own oversight, was that there were 24 steep steps up to the guest rooms. If there is any lower extremity difficulties this hotel is not the place you should book. As far as the amenities the surrounding area had all necessary for a pleasant stay.
