Wonderful holiday

Beautiful villa on small park (12 villas) with private pool and sea views. Villa is well maintained, is cleaned regularly. Has enough space inside and around the pool. Breakfast was fine and extensive. 10 minutes drive from the beach and restaurants (car is desired because of height difference).

Be VERY CAREFUL if booking here

I had booked a holiday here in December 2025 to travel in August 2026. A few days before we were due to travel, I emailed reception with a few general queries. I received no response from them, so (luckily) I followed this up again, to be told that my booking had been cancelled 3 months ago. No one had told me - ok so this in part was the fault of my booking agent, although they claimed they didn't know. So we became a family with 3 young children with no where to stay, 5 days before we were due to travel. Carme Villas simply said that there was a problem with their contract with the hotel supplier and this had been cancelled 3 months ago - even that would have not been ideal. Avoid booking here unless you would be happy with your booking cancelled with very little notice (if any). What also struck me was the coldness of the reply I received - it was very abrupt and just said that they now have no availability so please get in touch with your provider and they will relocate you. As if it is that simple 5 days before travel to find another 5* villa with a private pool in a location that isn't too far away from amenities! (We couldn't - and so had to fight with our booking provider to cancel the whole holiday). I would never ever book here again based on their lack of sympathy and the fact that they thought it was ok to cancel 3 months before and not let me know. If you are due to travel here - please make sure you email them to confirm your booking. If I hadn't, we would have turned up and had no where to go late at night. If they ignore you like they did me, please follow it up again!! It's a shame as I'm sure the villa and place would have been lovely, but if you are looking for somewhere reliable then avoid this place.

Carme villas is perfect!

"Excellent experience at Carma Villas! The villa was clean, elegantly decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering peace and beautiful views, while at the same time it was close to points of interest. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and willing to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend Carme Villas to those seeking quality hospitality and relaxing holidays. We will definitely visit again!”

The best stay in a private villa

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The hostess K. Katerina polite very friendly and helpful always with a smile and a pleasant mood! The villas are as clean as well as the pools and overall the entire hotel space very well-kept and clean! Great variety in breakfast and rich menu and for dinner! All perfect..we hope to return sometime

Blissful trip in Adele Carme Villas

We stayed at Carme Villas from September 24 to October 4, 2025. We had a super good experience with the hostess Katerina, who served us a nice breakfast every day. We also enjoyed dinner regularly, made by her and always very tasty and not expensive. The apartment was very fine, spacious, a good bed, a private pool, quietly located in a beautiful area. All around you could enjoy a beautiful landscape. We also received many tips for trips and walks and made good use of them. Definitely worth repeating for us! Thank you Katerina!
