Horrible - I didn't even stay asleep
A tiny shower room where you don't even know how to get to the toilet (legs don't pass).
The only advantage is the location but it was not even enough to make us stay asleep.
We had to find another hotel at the last moment (and therefore a big extra expense to our stay which was not planned but mandatory as we had to pay 2 hotels for the same night). When I told the Welcoming that we wouldn't be staying, I just got in response, "Okay, goodbye." Never seen before! No questions about the reason for the choice, nothing! Surely they are used to customers leaving like this (I hope it is because otherwise it is just a huge lack of professionalism).
Run away so you don’t lose money.
You should warn that it was an old medical facility during the war that remained in the style of the time. Some people (like me) wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in it! I would never have booked and I would not have lost so much money

All right.
A small car park to store his car, a basic but sufficient breakfast with biscots, bread, butter, jam, tea or coffee, pastries. A small balcony on the rooms overlooking the sea as seen in the photo and original furniture made of 70s recovery of bright color as well as plants. An outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and an indoor one.
Address to advise undoubtedly to taste the charm of Royan.

Good little hotel
Beautifully placed facing the ocean
Large parking at the back of the building. it's really a plus
Good hearty breakfast at a very decent price: less than 10 euros! compared to the competition is very good. Served diligently. Then it's not pressed orange juice and jams are not homemade
You can have lunch facing the ocean, it's wonderful
The major drawback is that there is no air conditioning while it was very hot outside and impossible to leave the window open because the beach boulevard is very busy until late at night and there are mosquitoes.
So, in July and August if there's a heat wave...
Soundproofing is also average.
Otherwise the room rates are not excessive
