An absolute gem of a place

This chambre d'hôtes is absolutely charming, being both stylish and characterful. The king-size bed in our lovely spacious room with ensuite faclities meant that we enjoyed a luxurious and peaceful night's sleep before a delicious breakfast the following morning. La Grange de Lavande is perfectly situated for the area and easy to find. The owners, Andy and Karen couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming, attentive whilst allowing you the space to relax - we felt absolutely at home. Can't recommend too highly - we will be back.

Relaxing and welcoming

Enjoyed three nights at Grange De Lavande. This is a lovely old farmhouse that has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard, retaining lots of character. Our room was spacious and warm with a lovely ensuite shower. Breakfast was a generous continental style with a delicous pot of coffee to get us ready for the day ahead. Hosts Mike and Kate were so friendly and gave us lots of tips about where to visit, including Christmas markets and local restaurants. Our visit included dinner on one evening, and we were totally spoilt with a beautiful meal (with three desserts!). We left feeling well rested and ready for the run up to Christmas. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

This chambres d'hotes is beautiful. My second visit here. The hosts are welcoming and the rooms elegant and comfortable.
4 rooms 2 ensuite. A beautiful garden which includes a splash pool.
Lots to do nearby. I went to the local town market this morning.
Can't recommend highly enough, everything you need snd more.

We spent 4 nights at this lovely French house surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our room was perfect, with a fresh continental breakfast every morning to set us up for each day. It was a great location close to Monsegur and La Réole with an easy journey to Bordeaux. We were able to explore the local night markets, enjoy local foods and take in the sights of beautiful Bordeaux. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this BnB without any hesitation! We hope to return over the Christmas period to enjoy the Bordeaux markets and French festivities!!

France at its best

Thoroughly enjoyable visit to this B&B. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable and our en suite room, which was appointed to a very high standard, had all we needed to ensure our visit was as comfortable as possible. I recommend this B & B to anyone visiting this lovely region of France.
