A good night after a rough night

Cancellation of the night train I had to find myself an accommodation to leave the next day.
A few steps from the station 15 minutes in the old Perpignan.
Nice welcome, clean room, quiet and spacious.
Inn a bit in its juice level modernity but sincerely it does.
Well placed quality bedding was what I was looking for.
Low Award.

Run away! Incompetence of staff

A miserable staff like the hotel!
My daughter had the misfortune of setting foot there for two days with her father.
She forgot her soft toy in the haste of departure in view of the degraded state of the room.
We called the same day to inform the hotel and the soft toy had been found!
But the Welcoming person was very unpleasant with my daughter on the phone, instead of reassuring her, she told her to write an email to trace their conversation and that she would return the soft toy to our address!
Several days pass and having received nothing , we relaunch by phone , we are asked to make an email, the rest is as follows:
"Hello
I asked the maid to bring it back to me and it turned out that the second maid to clean everything and throw away your soft toy, we are very sorry.”
Here you go. Poor customer Service, openly mocking small customers,
As we all know, a cuddly toy is everything for a child, but these poorly educated rags threw away without scruples without thinking about the repercussions.
I wasn’t there but I saw the pictures my daughter sent me from your hotel: Welcoming sign with the hotel name broken, elevator that doesn’t work, man hair in the bed sheets, Air conditioning defective and poorly maintained, and finally: a woman at the Telephone Welcoming who has been walking us for 9 days to finally tell us that the soft toy was thrown away when it was supposed to be sent to us.
Your unprofessionalism and slackness is causing trouble for a child who had the misfortune to come to sleep at your house.
Madam of Welcoming, there is no one in your hotel and Service to people is an integral part of your job: you better be more interested in what is happening in the hotel instead of treating people the way you do.
I just wish you equal, what you deserve in your life.

Bad

Poorly cleaned rooms. The staff tells us a lunch, set up automatically. The next day, they tell us we have to book. The elevator barely works, we almost get stuck in it (in addition to its small size). The lights are never on and at worst they are not very powerful.

Run away!

Nice staff. And that’s it.
Sound insulation: NONE. You can hear doors slamming, flushing, people talking as if we were without the same room. The leaky air conditioner. SDB with the paint crumbling. Decoration frozen in 1630. 75€ per night and two stars for that??
Don’t go there!

Friendly, clean and cheap

The friendliest, cheapest and cleanest hotel close to the centre of Perpignan you will find. Lana and her team were very welcoming and bent over backwards in ensuring are stay was a pleasant one.
With a flight from London (Ryanair) and 2 nights stay, the whole flight/hotel was £170. This accommodation is perfect for any Rugby league followers travelling to the away Catalan Dragons fixture during the Rugby League season.
