Great neighborhood to stay in, short walk to Louvre and Roger sights. Clean little apartment with confertable beds. High ceilings conceils that floor areal of apartment is very small. Excelent fans in «rooms» helped keeping us cool in Paris heatwave.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
We are currently staying here, and it's HORRIBLE. We got ZERO sleep last night. Literally zero. The street noise is so extreme that sleeping is simply impossible. After an entire night of this, we are exhausted and have headaches. I’m spending the morning of my birthday completely sleep-deprived because of this place.
And the response from customer service when we complained?
“Have you tried closing the windows?”
Are you serious?
No, obviously we just spent the entire night awake listening to the street because the revolutionary idea of closing a window never occurred to us. What kind of ridiculous response is that? The windows were closed the entire time. They simply do not block the noise. At all.
The room is also so ridiculously hot that you wake up (assuming you somehow manage to fall asleep in the first place) completely drenched in sweat. Opening a window obviously isn’t an option because then you may as well drag the bed onto the street.
So basically: windows closed = sweat your ass off while still hearing everything outside. Windows open = sleep directly in Paris traffic.
If you are considering booking this: DON’T. Pick literally anywhere else. I would not stay here again if it was free.

The only two good things about the place were, it was in a great location and had a lift. The room was just one small hotbox. Couldn't sleep as it was way to hot. No air-conditioning and no fan. The fan that was in the room was more an exhaust fan. I got an email from them that the television was not working. I also received correspondence from them stating they had transport to the hotel. It appears not it was a generic email sent to me by mistake. The curtains were hanging off. So all up awful night if it was so late I would have moved to another hotel. So no I will not be recommending the hotel.

Mutton dressed as lamb. The place is in a nice location, but that’s about it. The room was not very clean (the basics were done, but the walls were manky). Tax had to be paid in cash (5.53) but no change is given.

Bad experience for family
We had a travel agency book our stay in Paris. Our most important priority was that it should be a good trip as a family, as we are not used to travelling. This hotel is not family friendly! Here is extremely sound. The air conditioning is noisy and cannot be turned off. There was 1 knife and 5 forks as cutlery. Seating for 2 (we are a family of 4). It is very dusty here. There is moisture damage in the bathroom (perhaps mould). Our room did not look at all like what we have seen in the pictures. Hotel rooms? I don't think there is anything here. Our travel agency contacted the hotel, but the hotel could only complain that the room did not meet our standard. I am really sorry about this experience. It is NOT pleasant to be here. The only positive thing is that it is quite centrally located.
