Great property. Close to transit, easy to find, close to restaurants, shopping, transit. Nice room with a second bedroom for our 3rd guest. Nice little kitchen and good size bathroom

They never made us aware of the extremely steep stairs to the unit. There is a step down into the restroom. A approximately 12 raised area in the hallway. 100% non accessible. They were made aware that I have a son in a walker. They stated it had 1 flight of easy stairs. They totally lied. Don’t rent from these people. We found other accommodations at our cost. To date they have not supplied a refund. Despicable people.

Awful bed bug infestation, extremely noisy, hot, poorly maintained.

We came home literally covered in bed bugs from the double bed shared with my daughter. See photos it’s awful.
1 road noise you cannot sleep at any time. Even with ear plugs.
2. Too hot. No air con. You can’t have the window open
3. Not even hand soap provided.
4. Safe not working
5. Couldn’t access until 3:20
6. They tried to kick us out at 9;20 and 10:20 despite check out 11 am
7. Dirty and not maintained

8 Up the equivalent of 3/4 flights of narrow stairs to access the room
9 does not look like photos
10. Bed sheets stained
11 no door on tiny shower
12. Cramped room for three no storage not even a drawer

Underwhelming.

Can't complain about the location, bit of traffic noise but nothing we couldn't handle. Fridge was not cold, freezer was completely frozen over, no soap in shower dispenser. Although we were told the apartment would be equipped with toaster, it wasn't and was not rectified. Understandably the apartment did specify no lift however be wary, it's on the 3rd floor and it can pose a struggle with luggage. Pretty tired, small and unkept apartment. Would suit a couple not a family.

Impossible to get ahold of the virtual reception after hours. We were only left 3 towels for 4 guests. The code on room door was reset at midnight even though check out was not till 11 am the following day. Horrible experience trying to reach virtual reception put on hold multiple times, calls gone unanswered and no response at all to WhatsApp, how they say to contact them. It took almost 2 hours to get a code to enter to room, a trip to to the police station and numerous calls and codes. The reception reached out 7 hours later via WhatsApp asking if we were able to access the room? Seriously!!!! Do not stay here!!! On the plus side, location was great.
