The great, good and not so good

The location was wonderful within walking distance of many good places. The bar was fantastic due to Gabriel and Others. The restaurant was nice with very limited good food I tried most things on the menu and they were all most mediocre, however the service did replace the disappointment it was excellent. When the restaurant turned into a nightclub at night it was fun. Ut was a delightful little hotel but my billing was doubled at one point and never returned.

Grey hotel and location

Great hotel. Very centrally located. Staff was very helpful and accommodating w our families needs throughout the stay.

Changed room without confirmation

We internationally booked two separate rooms (White Cover Suite for 2 nights, and Gilded Lounge Suite for 2 nights) to enjoy different tastes of the fashionable hotel, and paid upfront.
However, the hotel changed the reservation by making all the stay (4 nights) at the same (Gilded Lounge Suite) room without confirming anything with us.
It was very disappointing and unacceptable at this level of hotel (not cheap hotel) because we booked White Cover Suite 6 month ago and were really looking forward to staying at the room.
And, the hotel didn't give any acceptable reasons (just said they thought we wanted to stay at the same room without moving).
I have never had this kind of poor experience at this level of hotels globally for 40+ years.

Our intention was simply to make your stay more comfortable by avoiding the inconvenience of changing rooms after two nights, while offering you an upgrade to the Gilded Lounge Suite for your entire stay. As explained at check-in, this decision was made with the best intentions, but we fully understand that you were looking forward to experiencing the White Cover Suite you had booked several months in advance.

Birthday Trip of my Dreams!

My ladies and I had the loveliest time in Paris and our dreamy hotel La Maison Champs Elysees was the BEST part of the trip. Emilie and her team did an amazing job welcoming us... from making sure our rooms were close to one another to decorating my room and surprising me for my 50th Birthday. I loved the entire team, from Omar who took care of all our endless questions and requests to the staff at Frivole who helped us find a missing wallet! The rooms were immaculate, beautiful, spacious and had the best decor... love, love our shopping bag trash bin! Too cute! Centrally located to amazing shops and bistros, we will certainly come back to LMCE for our next trip to Paris! THANK YOU for helping make such an important trip that much more memorable!

It is a very nice hotel, with great service from the staff, the facilities and the air conditioning are very good, all shops are nearby because you are two blocks from the Champs-Élysées, but you also have the Grand Palais on the corner, the Tuileries Garden, walking you arrive at the Louvre Museum, the Les Invalides museum, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Seine River, the location is very remarkable
