Great location and a beautiful hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The refurbishment work going on in the lobby wasn’t an issue for us at all - it’s going to be a stunning space when finished. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet which was great. Room size and amenities all very good (a kettle as well as the coffee machine would be nice though). We’d recommend this and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff and location! Service and kindness of staff was a 10/10! Lobby was under renovation but didn't feel any impact. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable.

A perfect location and ideal room for couples.

We had an absolutely perfect stay here for four night in August 2026. The location is ideal with coffee shop, grocery and subway stops all within a block. The room is updated and perfectly laid out with friendly staff and a quiet room for sleeping. I have stayed in Paris before and would absolutely recommend this room for a couple. The bathroom isn’t completely private so would not work for child /parent or friends sharing the room ( we had the basic single room) but I’m sure other rooms would work. I highly recommend . Small details like daily cookies and crystal glasses and robes in the room add the added touch.

A hidden gem

The hotel was amazing and despite what some other reviews have said, the ongoing renovation works had no negative impact on our stay.
Room was stunning (triple de luxe), and the attention to detail and lovely touches such as bottles of water, macarons, bathrobes and slippers made our stay even more enjoyable. The only slight negative was the “see through” shower door, which we found very strange, and which made having a shower interesting, especially in a triple room.
Location is excellent, with a choice of metro stations within a 5 minute walk, a selection of supermarkets a minute or 2 away, and plenty of places to dine out or have a drink.
Staff were all lovely and friendly and a credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to come back once the renovations are complete to see the finished article.

We had a nice stay for 3 nights even though there were ongoing renovations, Very helpful staff, clean and nice hotel. A lot of nice restaurants and cafés nearby and the lovely Jardin du Luxembourg. Our room only had a curtain for the shower and washing area and a sliding door for the toilet. In case you’re travelling with people you don’t know that well, you may notice this.
