Comfortable stay in a great location
Stayed 3 nights at Hotel Gabbie in the 8th Arrondissement. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and the AC worked perfectly. The shower was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the main reception staff were friendly. The location is ideal, with a lovely Moroccan restaurant next door where we ate twice.
The only downsides were a cracked toilet seat, which seems like something that should have been noticed given the price, being woken one morning by an unpleasant smell from the drains, and the fact that the cleaning staff only change the bed once every three days, and only upon request.

You are absolutely right regarding the toilet seat, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. This issue has since been addressed to ensure it does not happen again.
Concerning the unpleasant odor from the drains, we regret the inconvenience. Unfortunately, at the time of your stay, we had no alternative room availability, but please be assured that we are actively working with our technical team to fully resolve this issue.
Regarding housekeeping, our standard practice is to change bed linen every three days as part of our commitment to more environmentally responsible operations. However, we are always happy to change the sheets more frequently upon request, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated.

Great hotel!
The hotel is very good. New and well-equipped facilities. Careful and polite staff. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. There's water and fruit in the hotel hall. Good location, two blocks from the Champs Elysees. A very tourist area and close to the subway.

Disappointed
Highly disappointed. Avoid this hotel!
Do not trust what they advertise. We arrived to find no internet service. Later in our stay, during a 41-degree Paris heatwave, the air conditioning broke down in both of our rooms. They only fixed one, leaving us sweltering. The night shift receptionist was incredibly uncooperative and completely indifferent to our problem. A total waste of money and a very stressful experience.

Wonderful stay during heatwave
Outstanding facilities and service! It made the heatwave so much more bearable. The staff is very kind. Breakfast was great!

Coffee machine was not working but otherwise all was good, ckean room, quiet even if few steps from Champs Elysees
